Sandown Park is in a picturesque parkland setting in the town of Esher, Surrey, with superb travel links.  Located within the M25 it is under 30 minutes by train from London Waterloo or 15 miles from south west London.

Travelling by Train

Esher Station

Connections from London Waterloo are every 30 minutes on the Woking Line via South West Trains. The Esher-stopping trains to take from Waterloo are as follows:

A shuttle bus will be provided by Touchstone and will run between the station and venue from 8.45am to 10am.

Alternatively, it is approximately 10 minutes walk to the Sandown Park Racecourse entrance. On a non-race day visitors should turn left out of the station onto Station Road and then right at the 'T' junction to join the A307 Portsmouth Road.  The entrance to Sandown Park is on the right hand side.

Travelling by Road

From London, take the A3 and follow the brown venue signs to Sandown Park.

Alternatively, from the M25 exit at Junction 10 and follow the A3 towards London; exit onto the A307 and follow the brown venue signs.  Parking is free and the Portsmouth Road car park is off the A307 Esher High Street directly in front of the main entrance.

Disabled Parking: There are allocated parking spaces in the main Portsmouth Road car park for all blue badge holders. The parking is very close to the main entrance and the grandstand.

Travelling by Air

Heathrow Airport

Approximately 13 miles from racecourse and 30 minutes drive.

Gatwick Airport

Approximately 27 miles from racecourse and 45 minutes drive

Accommodation

A special delegate rate of £115 (inc. VAT) is available at the Holiday Inn Chessington for the night of Monday 6th October on a Bed & Full English Breakfast, single occupancy basis. There are limited numbers and they will be available on a first-come, first-served basis until 15th September when rooms will revert to standard rates.
