This event is for existing PROACTIS users or for prospective
customers who are familiar with PROACTIS P2P and would like to find
out more about extended functionality.

you up to date with the latest product
developments and is your opportunity to find out about the
advantages of additional functionalilty available
right now, including:
- PROACTIS eInvoicing - a powerful portal-based
system for eliminating the work, error and risk from the
accounts payable process. It seamlessly integrates with
the PROACTIS P2P solution for processing invoice matching,
reconciliation and mis-match trouble-shooting.
- PROACTIS Employee Expenses - a fast and simple
way of submitting personal expense claims for all
staff, at the same time managing the approval process and
helping administrative staff to code, post and pay staff expense
claims.
- PROACTIS PO Flip - a secure portal for
suppliers to access purchase orders placed on
them, giving them the opportunity to review and download details. A
simple one-click process can then “flip” the order into an
invoice and route it directly into your P2P or accounts
payable system.
- PROACTIS Punch-out - a module
aimed at further reducing procurement costs by
allowing users to search internal and external catalogues via one
central web interface. The purchasing organisation can
'punch out' directly to a supplier's web site,
returning specific product and pricing information back to the
e-procurement system.
- PROACTIS Asset Gateway - a data collection
option that enables details of fixed asset items
to be collected and posted to an Asset system.
- Touchstone Supplier Gateway for PROACTIS -
this flexible module has been developed by Touchstone to facilitate
the request and approval of new Suppliers. With a
consistent look and feel, it is fully integrated with the core
PROACTIS P2P application.
